Delete your Diamont Online account

This page explains how to request the deletion of your Diamont Online game account, of Diamont Games, and of the associated data.

How to request it

1. Open a ticket in the Support section of the website: https://mudiamont.com/en/support, or write to mudiamont@gmail.com.
2. Write in the subject: "Delete account".
3. Tell us the username of your game account and the email you registered with.
4. To verify that you are the account holder, we will reply to the email registered on the account and may ask you for an additional confirmation.
5. We will process the request within a maximum of 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Account username and password.
• Email address associated with the account.
• Characters, inventory and game progress.
• Chat messages associated with the account.

What data is kept and for how long

• IP address and hardware identifier (HID) used in security and fraud-prevention logs: kept for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymized.
• Records of sanctions or blocks, if any: kept for 12 months to prevent abuse.
• Data that we must keep because of a legal obligation.

After the stated period, the data that is kept is deleted or anonymized.
