1. Acceptance

By using this website, downloading the client or playing on Mu Diamont (the "Server") you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Server.

2. What Mu Diamont is

Mu Diamont is a private, unofficial server run by enthusiasts for a community of players. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Webzen Inc. or any official holder of MU Online. "MU Online" and its trademarks belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for identification purposes only.

3. Age

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country) to play. If you are a minor you need the permission of a parent or legal guardian to make donations.

4. Accounts

Accounts are created and managed only in the game (Windows client or mobile app), not on this website. You are responsible for your credentials and for anything that happens with your account. Staff will never ask for your password. Sharing, selling or buying accounts is at your own risk and may be sanctioned.

5. Conduct

You agree to follow the Rules, the Game Rules and the Fair Play Policy. Breaking them may lead to sanctions (warning, mute, suspension or permanent ban).

6. Virtual items and currency

Characters, items, coins and other in-game elements are virtual goods that belong to the Server, have no monetary value, cannot be transferred outside the game and grant no property rights. Donations are governed by the Donation Policy and the Refund Policy.

7. Availability and game changes

The Server is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability or continuity. We may perform maintenance, updates, balance changes, data resets (wipes), rollbacks or close the project, with or without prior notice, when needed for stability or viability.

8. Sanctions

We may suspend or delete accounts, characters or items obtained in breach of the rules, without compensation. Sanctions can be appealed by opening a support ticket.

9. Intellectual property

The design, texts and original elements of this site belong to Mu Diamont. Third-party content belongs to its owners. If you believe your rights are infringed, see the DMCA / Copyright page.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mu Diamont and its team are not liable for loss of data, characters or items, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the Server. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights granted to you by applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page; continuing to use the Server means you accept it.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the Server administrators reside, without prejudice to the rights the law gives you as a consumer. You can contact us by opening a ticket in the Support section of the website.
