Donation Policy

Last updated: 20/09/2026

1. What a donation is

Donations are voluntary contributions that help keep Mu Diamont running (servers, development and support). In return you receive in-game coins according to the chosen package. It is not the purchase of a physical product or an investment, and coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

2. How it works

  1. Choose a payment method and a package on the Donations page.
  2. Make the payment and send the reference or proof together with your account or character.
  3. An administrator reviews the payment manually and, if correct, delivers the coins in game. You can check the status with your code and email.

Review may take a few hours and depends on staff availability and the payment method. We always check that the account or character given is correct: we are not responsible for mistakes in the data you enter.

3. Prices and currency

Packages are defined in US dollars (USD). For methods that charge in local currency (for example PIX in reais, or pesos and bolívares), the amount is calculated using the current USDT rate plus a fee that covers exchange differences and operation costs, and rounded up. You will see the exact amount before paying and that is the amount you must pay. Rates may change between one visit and another.

4. Correct payments

  • Pay exactly the amount shown, with the chosen method and to the details we display.
  • Keep your proof of payment until you receive the coins.
  • We do not accept third-party payments with stolen or unauthorised means: they will be cancelled and the account may be banned.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

See the Refund Policy. Donations are non-refundable except in the cases described there.

6. Minors

If you are a minor, you need the permission of a parent or guardian to donate.

7. No guarantee of continuity

Donating does not guarantee that the Server stays open or any specific future advantages. Coins and benefits may be adjusted through balance changes or updates, and are lost if your account is sanctioned for breaking the rules.

8. Taxes

Each donor is responsible for any tax obligations that apply in their country.
