1. Who is responsible

The data controller for the data collected on this website is the Mu Diamont administration team. You can contact us by opening a ticket in the Support section of the website.

2. What data we process and why

  • Donations: account or character name, email, payment method and reference, proof of payment (image) and an optional note, plus your IP and date. Purpose: verify the payment, deliver the reward, handle claims and prevent fraud.
  • Support (tickets): name, email, account or character, messages and attachments. Purpose: answer your request.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited (security logs and a visit counter without personal data). Purpose: security, abuse prevention and site operation.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics with IP anonymisation, to understand how the site is used.
  • Game accounts: managed exclusively inside the game and not stored on this website.

3. Legal basis

Performance of what you request (donations and support), legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention), legal obligation (accounting duties where applicable) and consent (analytics and marketing cookies), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. Authorised Server staff and providers needed to operate may access it: hosting, internal staff notifications (Discord, which only receives minimal operation data), payment platforms you choose to use and, if you accept, Google Analytics. Some providers may be outside your country; in that case the corresponding legal safeguards apply.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the stated purpose: tickets while the request is handled and a reasonable time afterwards; donations up to 5 years to handle claims and accounting duties; technical logs for a limited period. Afterwards they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by opening a ticket in the Support section of the website. If you believe your rights have not been respected you may complain to your country's data protection authority.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), protected passwords, restricted access and logging of staff actions. No system is 100% infallible.

8. Minors

The service is not aimed at people under 16. If we detect a minor's data without authorisation, we will delete it.

9. Cookies and changes

See the Cookie Policy. We may update this policy; the version in force is the one published here.
