Fair Play Policy

At Mu Diamont we want winning to depend on playing well, not on cheating. This policy explains what we expect and how we act.

Our principles

• Equality: everyone plays by the same rules, donor or not.
• Honesty: do not use programs or bugs to gain advantages.
• Transparency: if you find a fault, tell us and we will thank you.

What we consider cheating

Hacks, bots, macros, speed tools, client modifications, bug exploitation, item duplication, multi-accounting for unfair advantage, event manipulation, buying or selling resources for real money outside official donations, and helping others do any of the above. Details in Game Rules.

How we act

1. Detection: through server tools, log review and player reports.
2. Investigation: staff review the evidence before sanctioning.
3. Sanction: warning, removal of what was obtained, temporary suspension or permanent ban depending on severity and repetition. Serious cases may go straight to a ban.
4. Appeal: you can appeal by opening a ticket in Support with your version and evidence.

How to report

Open a ticket in the "Player report" category with the character, date and evidence (screenshots or video). Do not take justice into your own hands or harass the accused.
